OVERVIEW OF COURSES

EMT BASIC-I

*Prerequisite: CPR for Healthcare Provider

 

Schedule:

Wednesday evening: 6pm - 10pm

Sunday all-day: 8am - 6pm

The EMT Basic-I course prepares students for the National Registry Exam. This course includes written tests as well as skills testing with certified ICEMA instructors. Each test and skill are practiced rigorously throughout the 12-week course to validate learning and experience.

CPR FOR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS

Schedule:

All-Day: 8am to 6pm

The Healthcare Provider training course will help you understand exactly how to perform CPR. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, (CPR), is a medical technique that combines the introduction of air and chest compressions to preserve brain function.

 

CPR is an important skill for preserving the life of a victim until they are able to receive advanced treatment. Learning healthcare provider CPR is absolutely necessary for anybody who wants to work as an emergency medical responder.

EMT BASIC-I REFRESHER COURSE

This course is for individuals who have passed the EMT Basic-I class but exceeded the testing time frame and need a refresher course to qualify for the National Registry Exam.
