Service Description
Course is designed to be an active and comprehensive review of the new Education Standards., providing both an overview of new information contained within the Education Standards at the EMT level and a source of continuing education. Course materials are included.

Cancellation Policy
Students can cancel or withdraw from a course program and receive a prorated refund of charges paid through attendance at the first class session or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later. The $250 registration fee and $130 book cost are non-refundable. Students who complete 60% or less of the period of attendance receive a prorated refund. - Canceled before attending class: Full tuition refund minus non-refundable registration and book fees. - Attended 60% or more of class: No refund. Cancellation must be in writing. Withdrawal can be done by written notice or by the student’s conduct, such as lack of attendance. Students with federal student financial aid funds are entitled to a refund of unclaimed funds. To request a refund, email the Lead Instructor/CEO at firefuture.emt@gmail.com with the student’s name, date of enrollment, and reason for requesting a refund. Refunds will be submitted within 45 days of receipt of the request.
